So apparently I forgot to put a nappy on for Isaac last night. He was wearing the underpant after his shower and I thought I would put a nappy on when I took him to bed. I totally forgot about it.
Today I returned to work after 2-week holiday. Mark was home being the full-time daddy. When we talked on the phone, he asked me whether I had taken Isaac's nappy off and put the underpant on this morning. I realised what happened and was a bit horrified... thinking Isaac's bed was probably soaking wet. Then I noticed Mark was pretty happy and calm, which meant nothing bad had happened. Then Mark told me that Isaac said he got up in the middle of the night to go to the toilet. Wow!! I was very pleased hearing that! What an unexpected achievement!
I told Isaac on the phone that he should do this every night and no more nappies from now on. He happily said Yes. But, I'm still a bit skeptical whether he would keep up with the good job.

Well done, Isaac! :) Oskar too started to go to the toilet at night very suddenly about a week before Oliver was born. I think when they're ready they're ready...
Isaac is back to night nappies again. I wanted to take the risk, but Mark said the mattress would be ruined if anything happened...
