Last night Isabel had the first sleep in her new bed. She has been wanting a pink princess bed for a long time. Now she is all excited about her new big bed. There is a tiny problem, the bed rail doesn't fit. So the risk of falling off the bed is pretty high - considering Isabel fell off the hotel bed every night when we stayed in HK. I was worried last night. I told Isabel "try not to fall off the bed. If you do, don't cry and just climb back to bed yourself. OK?" She nodded and said "OK mommy!".
Today is the public holiday here. We all slept in and I was the first one got up at just after 8am. I was glad to find out that Isabel had a very good sleep and she didn't fall off the bed! Yeah!
Tonight Isabel was still so happy about going to bed. Looks like she is going to have this new bed passion for a while. And half way reading the story, she fell asleep already and started snoring... :) Must be a very comfortable bed.

I know. That was my suggestion. But I was out shoopping when the bed was being set up and when I came home, it's like this and nobody would listen to my opinion!
I would just move the furniture around the way I want it, but hopefully Isabel's gotten used to the new arrangement by now and hasn't fallen out :)
To be honest, I couldn't bother. I want to wait until we get rid of some toys in her room and tidy it up first. She hasn't fallen off the bed so far, which is amazing.
